FILA and Honda Racing have joined forces to create a shoe collection that combines FILA's design heritage and Honda Racing's commitment to motorsport. The collaborative Honda Racing Shoe Collection pays homage to Honda's core technology and innovation, as well as its appeal to car enthusiasts.
Each shoe in the collection has special features such as a low profile outsole that allows the wearer to feel the control of the pedals when driving. There's also an internal injected EVA midsole to provide maximum comfort without adding weight or thickness. Lightweight upper materials as well as ballistic mesh panels allow breathability while maintaining strength.
Available in either low- or mid-top, and four color ways, the Honda Racing shoe also includes Polyurethane panels for excellent fit and durability at the heel.
The Honda Racing Shoe collection by FILA will be available in August 2009 through FILA's retail partners, fila.com and hondaracingline.com
