To install the Sprint Booster module, loosen the accelerator pedal module from the floor. Then unplug the harness from the accelerator module. Now plug the SprintBooster into the accelerator module and plug the harness into the back of it. Re-fit the accelerator module and you're done.

To our surprise, we felt an immediate difference. The throttle pedal felt more sensitive and the car was certainly peppier. Initially, we even found ourselves giving the A4 too much gas at take-off, forcing us to adjust our clutch use.

According to Sprint Booster, the engine responds at low engine revs in approximately half the time than before. That means the car is less sluggish and feels quicker. The better response also helped with downshifting and rev-matching.

We should point out, there isn't a marked gain in horsepower from the Sprint Booster. It makes your pedal reaction quicker and so the car feels quicker. This plug-in part is available for nearly every Euro, so it's worth a look.
